CURE CANCER NATURALLY

In June, 2008, I was told that I had prostate cancer. I had gone to Dr. K to get my yearly physical. My PSA test (prostate specific antigen) was 7.9. I went to see a urologist, Dr. D.

I had no pain, no symptoms such as difficulty urinating or excessive trips to the bathroom at night. There was no outward sign or symptom of cancer.

Dr. D did the standard "finger palpatations". He said that my prostate was slightly large but found no tumors. He then said he needed a biopsy to tell the extent of growth and agressiveness of the cancer.

The biopsy procedure included me lying on my side while an insturment was inserted into my rectum. The insturment was a small ultra sound camera with a "snipping needle" There were 10 biopsies "snipped" from all around the gland. This was uncomfortable but not extremely painful. Each snip was like the sound of a stapler and I felt a slight sting.

The biopsy test found that 6 out of 10 were cancerous. My Gleason score (1-10 showing how angry or agressive the cancer is) was 6.3. (4-6's and 2-7's) The 7's meant that they were fairly agressive. Dr.D then wanted me to have a full body "bone scan" to rule out any spread.

There was no spreading so I was sent to an onocologist(cancer doctor). There I was given 6 options for treatment:
1. Surgery
2. External Beam Radiation
3. Hormone treatment
4. Radioactive seed implants (Brachytheraph)
5. Watchful waiting or expectant management
6. Chemotherapy

Actually, number 5, that I chose, was not an option given by the doctor. This option I found in a John Hopkin's newsletter. I am having success, reducing my cancer and living a healthier and more satisfying life.

I have restructured my life. I have compiled a 27 page pamplet relating my daily schedule, including diet, exercise, supplements, test results, comments from doctors and other information. This is available for $15 U.S. mail to: Richard Livesay, 1011 W. Butler # 204, Greenville, SC 29607.
